  1. 1. The student discount is available strictly to customers who hold a valid, current, and legitimate student identification card issued by a recognised educational institution.
  2. 2. HairNova Angel reserves the absolute right to request proof of student status at any time, including but not limited to before the service, during the service, or at the point of payment.
  3. 3. Where a customer fails, refuses, or is unable to produce valid student identification when requested, HairNova Angel reserves the right to:
    – Withdraw or refuse the student discount, and Charge the full standard price for the service(s) provided.
  4. 4. Expired student ID, screenshots, digital copies, third-party verification apps, or any form of ID deemed unclear, altered, or invalid may be refused at the sole discretion of management.
  5. 5. The student discount is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be used on behalf of another individual.
  6. 6. The student discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, memberships, packages, or discounted services unless expressly stated by HairNova Angel.
  7. 7. The discount applies to selected services only and may exclude, but is not limited to, hair extensions, products, treatments, corrective work, or specialist services.
  8. 8. HairNova Angel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the student discount and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  9. 9. All bookings are subject to HairNova Angel’s standard booking, cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies, which apply regardless of discount eligibility.
